Mexican Cream
Makes ½ cup, approximately 16 servings

Ingredients
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup heavy cream or half and half

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk the creams together until completely smooth
  2. Transfer mixture to a clean squirt-type dispenser for easy garnishing.
  3. Store, tightly sealed, in refrigerator for up to a week.
