Lower Carb Dry Rub for Meats1
Makes many servings

Ingredients
½ cup black pepper
½ cup paprika
½ cup Splenda
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a zip closure bag, seal, mix by shaking.
  2. Store, tightly sealed, in the bag in a cool dry place. Will keep for weeks.
  3. Use by rubbing a few tablespoons onto meats to season prior to barbecuing.
