Mixed Fruit Salad

Ingredients
½ cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, and cut into small chunks
2 cups fresh strawberries, stemmed and quartered
1 kiwi, peeled and diced
1 lime, juice and zest
1 tablespoon Splenda granulated
fresh mint for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine all fruits in a large bowl
  2. Add lime juice, lime zest, and Splenda and stir to coat all fruit
  3. Garnish with fresh mint sprig, if desired.
